We want people who meet the criteria of the specified job and who love the challenge of working in a fast paced environment where change is embraced as the norm. We thrive on finding innovative solutions to the changing needs of our patient and client groups rather than standing on tradition.
Saint Michael’s prides itself in offering excellent care and support and this is achieved by making our primary driver patient and client need. This focus is complemented by strong organisational values, including quality, care, choice, respect and dignity.
We recognise that people are our greatest asset and encourage them to develop. We seek to offer education and training opportunities, where possible. We also encourage continuous personal and professional development, thus ensuring that everyone has the necessary knowledge and skills to support the mission and vision of our organisation.
Saint Michael’s promotes a healthy work-life balance, which we aim to achieve through flexible working practices that are supportive of employee wellbeing. We are also dedicated to offering equality of opportunity, where people’s individuality is valued and respected.
