Support for Families and Carers
From financial questions to issues relating to work, family and transport to feeling stressed, afraid or overwhelmed – there can be a lot of things to think about when you are affected by a terminal illness. Our team of social workers can help to alleviate any concerns by offering practical advice and information - from making a will, to benefits advice and planning for the future. Our pastoral care team offer emotional, psychological and spiritual support to help patients, family members, friends and carers to express and understand feelings and concerns associated with terminal illness. The team offers support to people of all faiths, helping you to explore meaning in your life.
